QUALITY POLICY

The exceptional quality of the products made by our company is the result of our use of the highest quality fabrics and accessories. Our highly trained staff of specialists and the modern machinery we use are inseparable elements of the quality of our products. The hanging system developed by the Swedish company ETON helps with internal transport and operations requiring manipulation, thus increasing productivity through efficient ergonomics. The overall increased efficiency of each employee, reduces the time spent on communication, enables speedy reaction to market variables, shortens final product production time and at the same time speeds up the release of money frozen in raw materials, thereby maintaining full inter-operational quality control, so enabling fault finding and defect identification within an hour of their appearance.

Proofs of the high quality of the products of PPH KAMA are the international quality certificates, ISSO and AQAP, issued to our company on 18th April 2001. These awards not only endorse our company and recommend it to our clients but also lay a foundation for international co-operation.

Our company maintains the leading position for uniforms and special clothing in the Polish market and is taking steps towards making a mark on new markets.

One of the main tasks of the management of the company is quality control. The quality control system is an integral part of the management system. Improvement of management and design as well as the implementation of new products and technology systems and the meeting of consumer’ expectations are our constant aim that is accomplished within the quality policy of PPH KAMA. Our company plans the implementation of quality control aims, relying on experienced management and technical personnel with the latest knowledge regarding the manufacture of new generation clothing products.

PPH KAMA entwirft und realisiert Lieferungen von Uniformen, Schutz- und Spezialkleidung. Wir produzieren ein breites Assortiment an Uniformen für Militär, Polizei, Grenzschutz, Bewachungsfirmen und andere uniformierte Dienste, wie auch feuer- und kugelfeste Kleidungen. Die Lizenzen, Konzessionen und Zertifikate schaffen uns die Möglichkeit, die raffiniertesten Bestellungen zu realisieren, die von einer hervorragend qualifizierten Mannschaft unserer Mitarbeiter ausgeführt werden, basierend auf eingeführten modernen, organisatorisch-technologischen Lösungen, welche die Erwartungen von sogar am meisten fordernden Abnehmern erfüllen.

Technology and production
The company has modern factory machinery and is equipped with automatic and semi-automatic machines made by well known producers which guarantee high efficiency and reliability, maintaining the highest quality. The specialist multi-module system Impulse, made by BPSC combines world renowned programs such as: GSD (pricing), LECTRA (designing) and ETON (organization and counting). This system facilitates all the processes in our company and enables our well qualified employees to meet our customers’ expectations.
