Production preparation
The design, preparation and implementation of production technology are mainly computerized. Lectra and GSD systems provide for faultless production implementation of every design ordered by clients. The optimum use of fabric is provided for by the computer layout of the components of the product, therefore the amount of production waste is negligible and not harmful to the environment.
The personnel responsible for designing and producing the products are qualified and experienced professionals. Their professionalism guarantees the introduction of new products efficiently and without technical problems.

Mass production
The efficiency, reliability and accuracy of the product to the product models are based on the performance of the sewing personnel and the fully automated production line provided by Eton. Thanks to this excellent work combination, the time needed to produce the final product is minimalized.

Quality control and the storage room
We are able to control the quality of our products at every stage of production, starting with cutting out, all the way through to the last sewing operations.
In every moment of production we are able to identify the person responsible for each component of the final product.
Thanks to this careful work organization, opportunities for making mistakes and the chances of faulty products leaving the manufacturer are kept to a minimum.
